If you do not receive your bill, you must contact RCM Utilities by the 10th of the month when bills are sent or use the self-service portal to view and print your water bill:  https://www.invoicecloud.com/eustisfl  , There are also online payment options available, including auto draft (processing fees apply). Water bills are available online 24/7.  It is the customer’s responsibility to keep RCM Utilities updated with email, phone and mailing address changes.

Waste Management

Trash and recycling pick-up is each Friday.  Yard waste pick-up is each Monday.  In the event of a Holiday during the week, pick-ups will take place one day later.  Small branches should be bundled in lengths of 4 feet or less.  Pick-up of limbs, furniture and other items can be arranged by calling bulk pick-up at 323-0824.

All items for pick-up should be placed on the grass or driveway of the property to which they belong.  No items should be placed in the street or on/in front of a neighboring property.  Additionally, trash cans should not be placed outside overnight because they attract bears to the area, which causes a danger for everyone and our pets as well as unsightly messes when the cans are dumped by the bears.  Bear-proof trash cans may be purchased from Lake County Solid Waste (343-9400) at a cost of around $40.00 each.

Be a Good Neighbor

-  All homeowners and renters are reminded that ADA regulations prohibit parking across sidewalks.

-  Trees and shrubs should be trimmed so that they are no lower than 80" above the sidewalk or closer than 6" to the side of the sidewalk.

-  Special care should be taken to ensure trees and shrubs are kept free of dead or loose branches during hurricane season in order to prevent those items from becoming projectiles that could damage your home or that of your neighbors.

-  The speed limit throughout our fine community is 25 miles per hour.  Please ensure you and your guests are obeying the speed limit.  Lake County denied the Board's request for the placement of speed bumps on our streets, and is still considering the possibility of speed tables, so there is nothing further the Board can do to address this issue.  Accordingly, all speeding should be reported to the Lake County Sheriff's Office via their non-emergency line.

-  Our Covenants require that all pets be under the control of a responsible person at all times when outside of a home.  This means not only should dogs be walked on a leash, but also that cats should not be allowed to run loose in the neighborhood.  Please refrain from feeding stray cats and always pick up after your dog while walking it.

- There is no parking on grass and no driving or parking on the Common Areas within Wedgewood.

Homeowners and renters are reminded that they are responsible for the conduct of their children, pets and guests, including any children or pets accompanying a guest.  Please make sure everyone at your home is being a good neighbor.
